Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. A valid card on file is required to book and hold appointments; it will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, per our 24-hour policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and schedule.

Children Policy

No children in spa area - for the safety of your children and respect to our guests receiving quiet and relaxing spa treatments, children are not permitted in our spa area. While we love children and welcome them in the salon if they have a hair or nail appointments only, we do not have a facility to watch children that do not have an appointment in the salon. We request that you make accommodations prior to your visit. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their appointment time. Thank you for understanding.
